New MoD/Landmarc Locations Website Launched

Landmarc Support Services, the Ministry of Defence’s (MOD) strategic partner responsible for the management of its national training estate, has launched a new website showcasing estate available for filming and other events.

At present the website contains some 60 sites from around the UK with 2300 images available to view, many of them new. Searches can be made by region, activity or by image content and sites will continue to be added on a regular basis.

In Scotland there are currently 16 sites shown on the website with some 550 images available to browse. Features range from dramatic coastal and mountainous scenery to historic forts, air bases, firing ranges, lodges and lighthouses.
